Most sites in this category want eleven answers and a Social Security number before they will say what a loan costs. CashOtter works the other way round: pick an amount and the payment, the APR and the total appear before you type anything about yourself.
That does not make an expensive loan cheap, and we say so on every page. It does mean nobody signs up to a figure they have not seen.

CreditCube is a tribal enterprise of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians, a sovereign government. Your loan agreement is governed by tribal and, where applicable, federal law. The laws of your state of residence do not apply to it, and all communications and transactions are deemed to occur on tribal land.

Our relationship with them
CashOtter is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We collect your request and pass it to CreditCube. Whether you receive an offer, and on what terms, is decided by the lender, not by us.
CashOtter and CreditCube are affiliated. CashOtter is paid when a request it sends is accepted. We disclose this because the connection is material: we are not an independent comparison service, and we route your request to one lender.

CashOtter charges you nothing. Submitting a request is free and carries no obligation. We are paid by the lender when a request is accepted.
We are paid by the lender when a request we send is accepted. That is a commercial incentive to send requests, which is why we are equally explicit about who this product is wrong for.
